If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

FREE SHIPPING

Free standard ground shipping on orders over $99 for the Cabinet Pulls & Knobs category. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped with FedEx unless specified otherwise.

SHIPPING POLICY

Upon receiving the products, we ship orders within 2-3 business days and will email tracking information to our customers upon scheduled delivery. Shipping and duty fees are nonrefundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN POLICY

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you were notified that your order is ready or from the day your shipment is estimated to arrive. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was at the time of your purchase. Proof of purchase is required and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the event of a product flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.

We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Restocking fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund if applicable. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 2-3 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

RESTOCKING FEES

Restocking fees may be applicable from some vendors. You will be responsible for paying for any restocking fees that apply. Generally, this is between 20%-25% of your cost, depending on the vendor. If you receive a refund, the cost of restocking your item will be deducted from your refund.

WARRANTY 

All product warranties are subject to the vendor’s terms and conditions. If you would like to set up a warranty claim, please send your inquiry to [email protected] 

NOTE: We can only process warranty claims on products purchased through Handles & More in-store or online.
